I had my rest day yesterday and I could feel the difference in my muscles especially in my legs and arms. I couldn’t feel it in my abs yet but I guess that was a signal for me to push and challenge myself in the core area 100% more.
I had a small breakfast, two slices of Best of Both bread and a glass of milk and for lunch my auntie made a delicious Chinese dish which I loved. I even asked my uncle to buy chopsticks so I could enjoy the whole experience! I was more than satisfied after that, so that was the end of eating for me that day.
I fell into a deep and well-deserved sleep three hours later. Now I’m planning what workouts I’m going to be doing this week, unfortunately I can’t do the Brazilian bum workout because I don’t have weights or dumbbells so I’ll be looking for alternative workouts.
